Remembering the stereotypes of the common childhood

Remembering the stereotypes of my teachers when I was in the kindergarten and elementary school is the cliche that is often done by teachers. That has has developed in the community we are the existence of a presumption that the stereotype is always considered correct, while the outside is considered stereotype is wrong, sick, crazy and so forth. Many people who disagree with the stereotypes, sacrificing himself by pretending to follow the stereotype that he is not considered deviant, weird or even crazy.
The example of stereotyping was done by a kindergarten teacher. The teacher always shouted to their students. "Come on kids.. let's draw a scene. Yes, just draw a beautiful scenary." Once, my kindergarten or elementary school teacher was telling us to start drawing a scene around fourtheen years ago. The mother was a teacher before starting to give examples of landscape drawing. There were two pieces of the mountain with a pointed triangular shape, then the middle there is the morning sun peeking out between the two mountains, topped clouds that hung in the sky, and there is also a flock of birds flying in the sky shaped like the number 3 which is sleeping through the sky. There was also a highway which may also be equipped with electric pole. Rice fields lined boxes on the curb with rice shaped like the letter V in rows, as well as a small house along with the trees adorn the landscape drawing graffiti. Not infrequently that there was a stream meandering river. We had to necessarily follow the pattern of landscape images made by the mother teacher. And magic scenery image patterns such as these durable and always maintained its preservation to the present.
Such stereotypes are always sights firmly imbedded in the memories of Indonesia's children when asked about drawing scenery. Landscape picture of two pieces of the mountain yes, no sun, roads, fields, houses, clouds, birds. Picture two mountains, yes that was what we called as view.
In the methodology of learning, teachers often use the lecture method to deliver the material because it appears the notion that teaching is always synonymous with the provision of lectures, so the methods of learning outside the lecture method is considered as something strange and difficult.
Actually it's not completely wrong stereotype because there are few subjects that will indeed be effective if delivered by lectures, such as the lessons of history, Civics and so forth, but assume that all normal subjects submitted to their students with the lecture method is the duping of students that its own. Today, a teacher must have the courage to leave the stereotypes and the courage to use modern methods to suit the needs of their students, so that educational goals can be achieved with the maximum.
Why is it so? Are they afraid to make such creativities to be more interesting, fun, out of the box and fresh?
It’s the homework for you who want to be more than a good teacher, but a creative teacher ^_^
